My work is rooted in both modern understanding of the nervous system and the timeless wisdom of yoga. As a Certified Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher trained in sound healing, I bring together therapeutic touch, mindful presence, and restorative practices to create deeply personalized experiences.
I am trained in multiple massage modalities and integrate a balanced approach that honors both the physical structure of the body and the subtle aspects of energy work. Committed to lifelong learning, I regularly study with mentors to deepen my understanding of the body's complexities and refine my skills as a practitioner.
Before entering the wellness field, my path included business, finance, science, astrology, and body art. After owning and operating Chief Piercing for 11 years, I chose to follow my passion for healing and dedicate myself fully to creating Venus at Ease. These diverse experiences have shaped the way I see health—as a balance of physical, mental, emotional, and personal well-being. I believe our bodies possess an incredible capacity for restoration when given the right environment, intention, and care.
Venus at Ease Massage and Sound Healing is a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and support your body's innate ability to rest, restore, and find harmony.

My Approach to bodywork
My approach to bodywork has been profoundly influenced by the work of Ida Rolf on structural integration, Tom Myers' exploration of fascial anatomy, and Dr. Stephen Porges' Polyvagal Theory, which deepened my appreciation for the relationship between the nervous system, posture, movement, and healing.
For more than a decade, I sought out exceptional bodyworkers from a variety of disciplines to better understand my own posture, movement patterns, and overall well-being. Experiencing firsthand how different therapeutic approaches can complement one another inspired me to pursue massage therapy and develop an integrative style of care.
Today, I draw from my training in Active Release Techniques (ART), Swedish massage, dynamic deep tissue, Lymphatic techniques, fascial release, Cranial Sacral, BioGeometry, Nāda Yoga, clinical massage, breathwork, and subtle energy practices. Rather than following a routine, each session is thoughtfully tailored to your body's unique needs and goals. My intention is to listen to what your body is communicating and create a supportive experience that invites you into your breath and deeper into your body, allowing you to unwind, release, and reconnect.
